We provided Cheri and Wesley with some amazing\u00a0 San Francisco City Hall wedding photos<\/a><\/strong> on 10\/13 and had never met them prior to the wedding.\u00a0 When I arrived at City Hall, I contacted Cheri so we could meet briefly before the wedding.\u00a0 Since I didn’t know what she looked like I asked her where she wanted to meet. During our phone conversation Cheri told me:\u00a0 \u201cDon’t worry, you will recognize me, I am pretty sure that I am the only bride in the building wearing a red trimmed dress with black and white polka dots!\u201d\u00a0 She was definitely correct, we spotted her right away!\u00a0 She definitely stood out among the other San Francisco city hall brides.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Anything Goes For San Francisco City Hall Wedding Attire<\/h2>\n

San Francisco City Hall is a great place to wear an outfit like this, everything seems to work here and the more colorful the better.\u00a0 She received many positive comments from onlookers.\u00a0 I can honestly say, this is my first polka dot wedding dress every photographed!\u00a0 It may also be the last. The red trim especially works great at San Francisco city hall. The mostly neutral colors in the background at City Hall tend to make colorful dresses really standout.\u00a0 Red in particular really shows up well against the architecture. It is the same reason we strongly recommend flowers to our brides at SF City Hall. Fortunately she had a nice red bouquet also to go along with the red accents on her dress.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Cheri\u2019s attitude matched the fun in her dress and we had a great time Photographing their wedding.\u00a0 They both came all the way from Alaska to have their nuptials at one of the best wedding venues on the west coast<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 Out of curiosity I asked them why they would come all the way to San Francisco to have their wedding. They talked about the affordability and historic beauty of SF city hall and how they really wanted to have their wedding here for something different.\u00a0

They chose our City Hall Tour Package which provided them with 4 hours of photographic coverage and 3 locations in San Francisco. This is probably our most popular large package and provides an amazing amount of wedding photography with affordable pricing<\/a><\/strong>. They choose to go to the Palace of Fine Arts, the Golden Gate Bridge and then finish up at Ghirardelli Square.\u00a0 We took them to each location and captured some of the photos you see below.

These visits to other parts of San Francisco usually occur after we complete the ceremony and wedding photography at City Hall in the building.\u00a0 We can drive you ourselves or meet you at each San Francisco location. For our longer tour packages most of our clients decide to have us escort them from place to place.<\/p>\n

The weather was gorgeous in typical October \u201cIndian Summer\u201d fashion in San Francisco.\u00a0 We drove the couple to each location and had a fantastic time with them after their SF City Hall wedding ceremony.\u00a0 \u00a0We love it when our clients choose the San Francisco Tour package<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 It\u2019s affordable, fun, and you really get to know the client after 4 hours together.\u00a0 We find that the end of the Hyde Street Line is one of the best places to capture Cable Car photos so we went there to create that image (see below).\u00a0 This location is right next to Ghirardelli Square so there are other great places to visit after the cable car picture. One of these locations is Ghirardelli Square itself and also the water and beach. The Cable Cars line up here to wait to go in for their next load of passengers and so there is a nice opportunity to pose the newlyweds while waiting. This gives us lots of options for wedding pictures at this iconic San Francisco destination.<\/p>\n

In the Cable Car image below, we asked the couple to hang out a little from the Trolley to make it appear like they were riding.\u00a0 Definitely a fun shot to go with our bride’s whimsical dress. They were very happy with the wedding images and were glad they booked the San Francisco City Hall Tour Package because of all of the great San Francisco destinations.\u00a0 As you will see below, they also donned some Sports Jerseys for part of this photo session.\u00a0 We love it when our couples try to personalize their wedding photography to match their own interests.\u00a0 \u00a0
